A Yucca Valley woman was cited at the Tortoise Rock Casino for stealing … toilet paper. According to a Sheriff’s report, Rebecca Judson, 32, went to the casino Sunday morning to gamble. While there, she went into the restroom, where, the report states, “she realized she needed toilet paper at her house.” Judson removed three rolls of toilet paper from inside the restroom stall and left the bathroom. When questioned by casino security, she admitted she planned to take it home. Rebecca Judson was cited and released for petty theft.
