A Yucca Valley woman was arrested Sunday, accused of spouse abuse. Just after 8:30 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to the 7300 block of Joshua Lane for a domestic disturbance. After an investigation, Tamara Elam Watkins was arrested on suspicion of felony spouse abuse. Tamara Elam Watkins was booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with her bail set at $50,000.
