A Yucca Valley woman was arrested Wednesday, accused of hitting her husband with a beer bottle. According to a Sheriff’s report, Maggie Sober, 20, was arguing about money with her husband in the 57900 block of El Dorado Drive in Yucca Valley about 11 a.m. The husband says Sober took a beer bottle and hit him in the left side of the mouth, giving him about a half-inch laceration on his lower lip. After an investigation, Maggie Sober was arrested on suspicion of felony spouse abuse, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with her bail set at $50,000.
