A Yucca Valley woman was arrested Saturday, accused of leaving her young children alone at home. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy was sent to a home in the 7400 block of Bannock Trail in Yucca Valley about 4:40 a.m. for a report that children had been left home alone overnight while their mother, identified as Tiffani Greene, 30, was in Moreno Valley. One child told the deputy Greene left about 10 p.m. Friday night and they had been alone since then. The deputy spoke to Green, who said the children had only been left alone for 30 to 60 minutes while she went to Morongo Valley. The deputy called Child Protective Services. Tiffani Greene was arrested for investigation of child abandonment, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, and was released on $25,000 bail.
