A Yucca Valley woman was arrested Monday, accused of beating her mother with a can. The victim told deputies that Ali Rodriguez, 30, hit her over the head multiple times with a hairspray can about 3:45 p.m. Deputies determined that Rodriguez was on felony probation and was violating a restraining order. Ali Rodriguez was arrested on suspicion of assault, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with her bail set at $50,000.
