A Yucca Valley woman was arrested Friday, accused of battery against a deputy. Deputies were called to the 7800 block of Valley Vista Avenue in Yucca Valley about 730 p.m. Friday for a domestic disturbance. Witnesses said that Adriana Gonzales, 35, and a man were hitting each other, and they could hear glass breaking. Adriana Gonzales was arrested on suspicion of battery against a police officer, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with her bail set at $50,000. A child at the scene was left in the custody of the father.
