A Yucca Valley woman was arrested early Tuesday morning, accused of attempted robbery. According to a Sheriff’s report, the victim called deputies about 12:40 a.m. to report that a woman, later identified as Alexis Roa, 21, was armed with a knife and broke the tent where the victim was staying in a backyard in the 6400 block of Goleta Avenue in Yucca Valley. The victim said Roa had stolen her bicycle and was demanding the receipt to the bike. After an investigation, Alexis Roa was arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary, booked into West Valley Detention Center with her bail set at $50,000.
