Other items on the action agenda include receiving the comprehensive annual financial report for the 2014-15 fiscal year; and adopting the five-year capital improvement plan. Finally, the council will discuss the draft 2015 strategic plan. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
