YUCCA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL TO DISCUSS COVID MESSAGING SIGN AND WALL-MURAL MORATORIUM TONIGHT

Tonight, the Yucca Valley Town Council will meet to discuss a number of topics including COVID-19 electronic sign messaging, a moratorium on wall murals, and more. Here’s reporter Jef Harmatz with an updated on the full agenda.

At tonight’s regularly scheduled meeting, the council will discuss required upgrades to the town’s electronic sign at the community center used for COVID-19 messaging then hold public hearings on the impact of the 2020 census on electoral district boundaries and the town’s underground utility district. The council will then review a possible 45 day moratorium on wall murals, a community livability survey, and the town’s five-year capital improvement program. As always, there will be time for public comments. The meeting will be held in Yucca Room at the Yucca Valley Community Center, 57090 Twentynine Palms Hwy.
