After approving the routine consent agenda, the Yucca Valley Town Council will hold a public hearing on facility development impact fees. The council will then hear a financial report for the last fiscal year and a year-end budget report. As part of the report, the council will be asked to transfer $1.9 million from the general fund to various accounts. Next, the council will hear reports on the aquatics center and the strategic planning sessions. The council will then go into closed session to negotiate buying the Little League baseball fields at 56625 Little League Drive to Tri-Valley Little League.
