The Yucca Valley Town Council will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. tonight (Friday, December 7). The newly elected council members will be sworn in, and then the council will designate a new mayor and mayor pro tem. Following that, the council will be asked to create and then select two members to serve on a San Bernardino County Fire Department projects ad hoc committee. The meeting will be held in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
