Yucca Valley Town Council meeting will receive Aquatics and Recreation Center Project updates and discuss Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance.
The Yucca Valley Town Council will meet tonight to discuss and review many vital issues. Beginning with the 2022 Triennial California Building Code, an update of the Architectural and Engineering Design for the Aquatics and Recreation Center Project, and an environmental assessment and review of the Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance.
The November 15 Yucca Valley Town Council meeting will begin with the recognition of Dominic Heiden, Field Representative for Senator Shannon Grove, and the Introduction of New Employees.
Other business includes the 2022 Triennial California Building Code Adoption and Youth Commission Appointments. In addition, the Council will receive the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022. The Council will receive the Architectural and Engineering Design Update for Proposition 68 – Aquatics and Recreation Center Project, which will provide a detailed look at the interior of the new Center and a review of the Center’s amenities and services. Lastly, the Council will receive the annual Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance.
