The Yucca Valley Town Council will meet at 6:00 tonight in the Yucca Room of the community center. Among the items on the consent agenda are the approval of plans for the community center playground improvements and of a street vacation at Dumosa Avenue and the Highway. The Council will then hear three department reports: the nomination of a delegate to the Southern California Association of Governments annual general assembly; the approval of a grant application for road improvements to Black Rock Canyon Road, and the acceptance of the road into Town-maintained roads if the grant application is successful; and the approval of Town-wide slurry seal work.
