The Yucca Valley Town Council will hold a fairly routine meeting tonight. Among the items on the agenda, the council will hear a quarterly report from the Desert Regional Tourism. The council will also be asked to approve adding repairs to Black Rock Canyon Road to the Town’s road project contract. And finally, the council will hear a status update on the initiative process and how it relates to the petitions submitted to the town concerning medical marijuana dispensaries. The meeting will be held at 6:00 tonight in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
