YUCCA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETS: STOP LIGHT BATTERIES AND PUBLIC SAFETY

Among the items on tonight’s consent agenda for the Yucca Valley Town Council, council members will be asked to approve $15,000 for back up battery systems for traffic signals. Council members will also be asked to approve appointments to the youth commission. Then they will hear a report on public safety for the third quarter of the fiscal year. After hearing a report on financial transparency, the council will go into closed session to discuss a public employee performance evaluation. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
