Among the items on tonight’s agenda of the Yucca Valley Town Council, the council will hold a public hearing on public facility development impact fees. It will then be asked to pass a resolution supporting the Hi-Desert Water District assessment district. The council will then be given an overview of the town’s grant process, investment policy, and gas tax fund analysis. The board will then go into closed session where it will confer with the town attorney about existing and potential litigation, and negotiate with the water district over easements for the sewer project. The meeting will be held at 6:00 in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
