On the consent agenda for tonight’s meeting of the Yucca Valley Town Council, the council will be asked to receive and file the financial reports for Measure Y and Measure Z, and hear an update on a new position and program at the senior center. On the action agenda, the council will hear a budget report, a spending plan for Measure Y and Z funds, award a contract for a livability survey, and hear a report on draft regulations for Organic Waste Methane Emissions Reductions. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
