Among the items on tonight’s agenda of the Yucca Valley Town Council, the council will be asked to approve an economic assistance package for Yucca Valley businesses. Proposals include waivers of various business fees, along with interest-free loans for Yucca Valley businesses. Other items on the agenda include an approval of the design of the new aquatics center, and approval of a contract for professional services for the aquatics center. Tonight’s meeting will start with a closed session during which council members will discuss pending litigation. The meeting will be held in the Yucca Valley Community Center starting at 6 p.m.
