If you want new bike or hiking trails, improvements to the swimming pool, more classes, sports leagues, or park improvements, now’s the time to let
the town of Yucca Valley know your concerns. The town is updating its parks and recreation master plan; as part of the update, every resident of the Hi-Desert over the age of 10 is invited to fill out a survey to help the town identify priorities and needs concerning the parks and recreation services. The online survey is on the town’s website at yucca-valley.org, under Hot Topics. If you don’t have a computer, you can fill out a survey at the Yucca Valley Community Center Monday through Thursday from noon to 5. For more information, call 760-369-7211. The deadline to take the survey is June 15.
