Applications are now being accepted for an open seat on the Yucca Valley Planning Commission. Planning commissioners serve without compensation and meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for four years. Commissioners act in an advisory capacity to the Town Council in matters pertaining to land use and development within the Town of Yucca Valley. Residents who live within the town’s jurisdiction and are interested in serving on the planning commission may submit a completed application to the town clerk’s office at Town Hall, by Thursday, June 28.
