Tonight’s band, OC Groove, is a ten-piece horn band all the way from Orange County. They’re raring to play the R&B, funk, soul, rock, and blues hits of bands like Chicago, Tower of Power, Santana, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Temptations, and even current artists like Bruno Mars and Justin Timberlake.
This free concert series runs every Saturday through August 12 at the Yucca Valley Community Center Softball Fields. The gates open at 6:30 pm and the concerts kicks off at 7:00 pm.These family-friendly shows are completely free to the public, and are a perfect way to enjoy hot summer nights here in the desert. There will be fun, food and prizes, and everyone is invited to bring picnic blankets or lawn furniture for a night in the open air.
