The Town of Yucca Valley will offer a variety of six bands for its 20th annual Summer Music Festival. The free concert series will start off July 12 with the swing group, Big Papa and the Six Pack of Cool. July 19 will feature the R and B/blues group Adrianna Marie and Her Groovecutters. The country band Pacific Rose will perform July 26. Returning to the concert series on August 2 is the reggae band Upstream. The Latin/Salsa group Chico is set to perform August 9. And closing out the concert series on August 16 is the group New Sensations, playing music from the ’80s to today. All concerts will be held on the community center ballfield; gates open at 6:30 and concerts start at 7 p.m.
