The Family Service Association, which provides lunches at the Yucca Valley Senior Center, is making a temporary change to its lunch program. During the COVID-19 emergency, seniors 60 and older can receive a weekly meal package consisting of five frozen meals, milk, bread and fruit. The meal packages will be distributed on Wednesdays only, starting March 25, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for seniors to take home. Seniors are limited to one meal package per person, per week. The weekly meal package distribution will continue until the COVID-19 emergency is lifted. For more information, call 951-342-3057.
