YUCCA VALLEY SCULPTORS TAKE FIRST AND THIRD IN INDIAN WELLS ART FESTIVAL

Two Yucca Valley residents won first and third place for their stone sculptures at the Indian Wells Arts Festival over the weekend. David Falossi won first place for his 8,000-pound sculpture of a mountain lion in a cave entitled “The Guardian.” His 17-year-old son, Christopher, won third place for his sculpture of a Mojave green rattlesnake wrapping around a boulder.
