If you missed the first strategic planning workshop held by the Town of Yucca Valley, you have a second opportunity to express your opinions about how the town should spend your tax dollars. Managing editor Tami Roleff says the meeting will be held Tuesday, prior to the regular town council meeting…
Broadband access, job training, incentives for new businesses. Senior center and programs, parks, and youth sports programs. Sidewalks, highway beautification, paving dirt roads. More law enforcement officers, animal control, or code compliance. These are some of the choices you’ll be asked to make at a strategic planning workshop set for 5 p.m. Tuesday in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center. What services and programs should the town spend more money on? What’s important to you?
If you can’t make it to the workshop, you can fill out a survey on the town’s website, yucca-valley.org, to express your preferences.
