A Yucca Valley realtor has been awarded an award for being the top producing agent in his agency. Andy Patel with Coldwell Banker Roadrunner was recognized December 8 as the agency’s top producing agent platinum award. This is Patel’s fourth consecutive award. So far this year, Patel as successfully closed 48 transactions representing both sellers and buyers. Patel has been an agent in the Hi-Desert since 2009 and with Coldwell Banker Roadrunner since 2011.
