YUCCA VALLEY PLANNING COMMISSION TO RULE ON 52-FOOT CELL TOWER AT ABERDEEN AND SAGE

At tonight’s meeting of the Yucca Valley Planning Commission, the commission will be asked to approve an environmental assessment and conditions use permit for a 52-foot tall cell phone tower, disguised as a water tower, on the southwest corner of Aberdeen Drive and Sage Avenue. Next, the commission will be asked to approve a subdivision of a 1.25-acre parcel into two lots of half an acre and three-quarters of an acre, on the southwest corner of Palm Avenue and 29 Palms Highway. The meeting starts at 6:00 in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
