Among the items on tonight’s meeting of the Yucca Valley Planning Commission, the commissioners will hold a public hearing on a reversion to acreage of 64 lots in the Gates of Spain mobile home park. There will also be a public hearing on the environmental assessment of converting a single parcel at the Town Center Mall into four lots. Commissioners will also be asked to approve the development code amendment for the revised sign ordinance for electronic signs in residential neighborhoods. And finally, the commission will be asked to approve an application for a short-term vacation rental at 58384 Sierra Vista Drive in Yucca Valley. Tonight’s meeting starts at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
