At tonight’s meeting, the Yucca Valley Planning Commission will review desert plant permits to remove and/or transplant Western Joshua Trees from Yucca Valley properties to accommodate the Yucca Valley sewer project and for safety reasons. The commission will then discuss privatizing a street on a parcel of land in the 57300 block of Las Piedras Lane. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and will be live streamed via zoom.
