Tonight’s Yucca Valley Planning Commission only features one major agenda item, and that is to discuss the commission’s interpretation of temporary use permits. The Planning Commission will seek to come to an agreement on the structures and guidelines of temporary use permits, a necessary action that will help provide guidance to staff on how to interact with businesses, residential and non-residential quarters, and construction sites. Determining the fees as well as the duration of the permits will be essential, as well as learning how exactly to present this information to staff and any of the aforementioned land uses.
