The Town of Yucca Valley Planning Commission will choose a new chair and vice chair of the commission. The new chair and vice chair will serve for the next 12 months. The commission will be asked to grant a waiver for a property at 8554 Kickapoo Trail, to reduce the setbacks from 75 feet to 15 feet on three sides and 25 feet on the fourth side. The meeting will take place tonight at 6 p.m. at the Yucca Valley Community Center. Reporting for Z107.7 I am Keith Bailey.
