At tonight’s meeting of the Yucca Valley Planning Commission, commissioners will be asked to approve a request to construct a retaining wall along 417 feet of frontage on Fairway Drive for the newly proposed Hawk’s Ridge Development. In addition, commissioners will be asked to revoke in lieu fees that were assessed more than 10 and 20 years ago for parcels along Santa Barbara Drive for the future paving of the dirt roads bordering the properties. Tonight’s meeting starts at 6:00 in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
