The Yucca Valley Planning Commission will hear a request from the owner of a property at 5911 Palm Avenue in the Western Hills Estates area of Yucca Valley to reduce a side yard setback from 15 feet to zero feet, and to vacate a 33-foot patent easement on the east property line. The commission will also hold a public hearing on an amendment to the development code on the safe sidewalk vending act. And finally, the commission will hear an update on current and future projects in the town. The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. tonight in the Yucca Valley Community Center at 57090 Twentynine Palms Highway in Yucca Valley.
