The Yucca Valley Planning Commission will continue to discuss the draft development code at its meeting tonight. The first item on tonight’s agenda is a public hearing on establishing density bonuses for affordable housing and other projects, to meet state requirements. The commission will then review more of the draft development code, such as temporary events and temporary special use permits, and alternative energy for residential use. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. tonight in the Yucca Room of the Community Center.
