At tonight’s meeting of the Yucca Valley Planning Commission, commissioners will be asked to approve a proposal to subdivide a 2 1/2 -acre lot at Prescott Avenue and Highway 62 into three commercial parcels, and to approve a one-year extension on the previously approved conditional use permit.

The other item on the agenda is a request to encroach six feet into the required 15-foot rear yard setback to build a nearly 600-square foot addition to an existing airplane hangar at 6719 Crestview Court.
Tonight’s meeting gets underway at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
