The Yucca Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing tonight on a request for a variance to approve a 554-square-foot addition to the Social Security Administration building that encroaches on the property setback. The commissioners will then hear a report on the five-year capital improvement plan. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
