The Yucca Valley Planning Commission will be asked to approve the development code update concerning subdivision regulations at its meeting tonight. The Planning Commission first heard this issue at its meeting of April 9. At its meeting tonight, the Commission will be asked to require developers to file a new final, tentative, or parcel map if the developer wishes to amend the characteristics of an approved subdivision. The meeting will be held in the Yucca Room of the Community Center, starting at 6 p.m.
