Yucca Valley Planning Commission agenda: Dutch Bros., Walmart Fueling Station

On the agenda for Tuesday Night’s Yucca Valley Planning Commission meeting:

Site plan reviews for the 1,025 square foot Dutch Bros. Coffee drive through – the 1.01 acre lot on Balsa Ave has Western Joshua Trees on it and will have to deal with paying mitigation fees through the California Department of Fish & Wildlife.

The new Walmart Fuel Station is looking to amend their plans for the 6 pump station and 1,556 square foot convenience store, and a 37-acre property on the corner of Joshua Lane and Warren Vista is looking to waive zoning requirements.

All that plus your public comments.

The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. in the Yucca Room down at the Yucca Valley Community Center.
