YUCCA VALLEY OFFERS YOGA CLASSES

The Yucca Valley Community Center offers yoga classes every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. and Thursday at 5 p.m. Each class begins with a lecture, and is followed by breathing techniques and stretching and meditation. The class is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and reduce stress. The class fee is $30 for four lessons; pre-registration is required and is available online at yucca-valley.org or at the community center.
