21-year old Blade Hildebrand of Yucca Valley won the world famous Dakar Rally in 2019 in his class. In 2020, Hildebrand and his teammates Mitch Guthrie Jr. of Glendora and Seth Quintero of San Marcos will represent team USA in the Red Bull Off-Road Junior Program; which trains the next generations of off-road racers.
The trio of racers are set to compete in numerous iconic national and international off-road races this year, including the 2020 Dakar Rally, which will be held January 5-17 in Saudi Arabia. Other races the team will compete in include the Baja 500, the Morocco Rally, and the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge.
