YUCCA VALLEY MAN KILLED IN MOTORCYCLE CRASH ON STATE ROUTE 247

A Yucca Valley man, part of a popular local charity group, was killed in a motorcycle crash on State Route 247 Friday. The County Coroner said Friday (November 23), at about 5:30 pm, Michael Brewster, a 45-year-old resident of Yucca Valley, was traveling eastbound on his motorcycle on Highway 247 near Pony Road when He lost control of his motorcycle, veered into the west bound lane, and was struck by a flatbed truck. Michael Brewster was pronounced deceased at the scene. Brewster had recently joined the Gunfighters for Hire western re-enactment troupe that performs in Pioneertown and other area events and locations.
