A Yucca Valley man on probation was arrested Monday after he was found with a stolen dirt bike. A Sheriff’s deputy saw Ruben Jauregui, 33, outside in the 3200 block of Gemini Lane about 12:20 a.m. Monday morning. The deputy knew that Jauregui was on probation and made a probation compliance check. During the check, the deputy found a dirt bike that was determined to have been stolen. Ruben Jauregui was arrested for investigation of being in possession of stolen property, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000. In addition, Jauregui had a warrant for his arrest for theft and shoplifting, with that bail set at $80,000.
