YUCCA VALLEY MAN FOUND WITH A STOLEN GUN

A Yucca Valley man was arrested Wednesday evening in conjunction with the investigation of a residential burglary. The victim of the burglary reported that jewelry and several firearms were stolen from inside the residence. According to the Sheriff’s department, the Yucca Valley Multiple Enforcement Team conducted a follow up investigation on Wednesday, July 18, at approximately 2 p.m. in the 8800 block of Rubidoux Ave. Sheriff’s Deputy Hererra observed suspect Dylan Bloor, 27, of Yucca Valley leaving the location in a vehicle. Deputy Hererra initiated a traffic stop, but Bloor failed to yield. After a short vehicle pursuit, Bloor was taken into custody. A revolver was located in the trunk of Bloor’s vehicle, which was positively identified by the victim of the residential burglary along with additional stolen property. Bloor was arrested for investigation of felony evading, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of stolen property, and a probation violation, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $100,000.
