YUCCA VALLEY MAN FOUND SQUATTING IN A HOME, AGAIN

A Yucca Valley man is accused of burglary after he was found squatting inside a home Saturday. A real estate broker called deputies about 9 a.m. Saturday that a man, identified as Zachary Hayes, 34, had changed the locks of a home in the 8000 block of Grand Avenue in Yucca Valley and caused about $700 in damage. Hayes was served with a search warrant at the same location in January and charged with grand theft. Zachary Hayes was arrested for investigation of burglary, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $25,000.
