YUCCA VALLEY MAN ARRESTED FOR THREATENING TO KILL HIS BROTHER WITH A KNIFE

A Yucca Valley man was arrested Thursday evening after he threatened to kill his brother with a knife. According to the Sheriff’s department, Albert Runyon, 43, was trying to break into a home in the 55300 block of Santa Fe Trail about 6:45 p.m. yesterday. The brother told police that Runyon had a knife and was kicking doors and banging windows and threatening to kill him. After an investigation, Albert Runyon was arrested on suspicion of making terrorist threats. He was booked at the West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $50,000.
