A Yucca Valley man was arrested Thursday afternoon for investigation of receiving stolen property. According to a Sheriff’s report, a Deputy conducted a parole check on Steven Martin, 47 of Yucca Valley in the 700 block of Jemez Trail in Yucca Valley. During the check, the Deputy located a small glass pipe and a plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine. Martin was arrested for investigation of receiving stolen property and violation of parole and booked into the West Valley Detention Center with bail set at $50,000.
