Yucca Valley man arrested for attempted murder with pitchfork after brother found stabbed

A man was arrested for investigation into attempted murder after allegedly stabbing his brother with a pitchfork.

On Wednesday (June 11) at around 3:45 p.m., San Bernardino County Sheriff’s dispatch received a call to 911 from a man who said he had been stabbed by a pitchfork by his brother. Deputies responded to the victim’s home in the 600 block of Tahoe Avenue in Yucca Valley and say that they found the victim suffering injuries consistent with having been stabbed by a pitchfork, and he was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment.

The victim’s brother was identified as Daniel Driscoll, 49, and deputies say that both Driscoll brothers refused to provide details about the incident. Deputies say that there was enough evidence at the home to take Daniel Driscoll into custody.

Daniel Driscoll was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and is being held at the West Valley Detention Center on $1,000,000
