YUCCA VALLEY MAN ARRESTED AFTER HIDING IN THE SHOWER

A Yucca Valley man who was attempting to hide in the shower was arrested Monday afternoon. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy stopped an Isuzu Rodeo SUV for not having a front license plate at Sage Avenue and Cassia Drive shortly before 3 p.m. After getting the driver’s and passenger’s information, the deputy returned to the patrol car to write up the ticket, at which time, the passenger, Albert Tyler, 23, left the SUV and ran to a nearby apartment complex. Just then, the resident of the apartment returned home and let the deputy inside. The deputy found Tyler inside, pretending to take a shower. Albert Tyler was arrested on his warrant for burglary, resisting arrest, and for violating the terms of his parole, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, and is being held without bail.
