YUCCA VALLEY MAN ADMITS TO COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

A Yucca Valley man was arrested Monday, accused of breaking into a business. Deputies were called to Desert Green Landscape and Nursery in the 55500 block of Yucca Trail about 7:45 a.m. for a commercial burglary. After an investigation, deputies identified Edward Medina, 50, as a suspect. Medina allegedly told deputies under Miranda that he burglarized the business because he was upset with one of the employees. Edward Medina was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $25,000.
