We have limited information about a Yucca Valley man who was arrested in Riverside County Thursday morning, accused of spouse abuse. At about 9:40 a.m., Frank Brown, 36, was arrested for investigation of spouse abuse. Frank Brown booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $50,000.
